Hi. I want to buy Apple Watch Ultra 2 in UAE (Dubai). Does anybody know if it gonna work with cellular in Poland? I'm seeking only for confirmed and based on practical knowledge info. Thanks in advance.

Technically it should as both Poland and the UAE use the same model watch, but it will be down to the specific carrier if they are willing to activate a foreign watch on their service.

With that said, no, no confirmed or practical knowledge here, maybe somebody else who has done it can chime in with their experience.
As a general rule, buy the watch in the country you intend to use it in.
Also, the Warranty and by extension, Apple Care+ if you choose to purchase it in Dubai, will not be valid in Poland.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION.
Apple may restrict warranty service for hardware products to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.
Don't do it. Cellular watches are strictly regional. If you live in Poland, buy it in Poland.
Don't forget, that in the case of the Apple Watch, Apple may restrict the warranty to the country of purchase. In case of a warranty claim, you will have to ship it back yourself.
Thank you guys for all information. It all proves that there's no sense to purchase it abroad. Definitely, I wouldn't take that risk that I'd pay for device which doesn't work as should.
