Hi! I'm trying to create a child account for my family sharing. But everytime I press the add member button, it props up the menu and immediately disappear.
What could be the cause?
I only have another family member, so I still have a spots available to add a member.

Any restrictions set up in Screen Time on your iPhone that would prevent Apple Account changes?
If you tap on the other family member, can you see the details for this person?
Did you already force restart the iPhone?
You are the organizer of the Family group?
Did you follow the steps in this article?

Maybe try the iPad first 🙂
I had no problems trying to add another family member on my 12mini, including seeing the option to create an Apple Account for a child.
In case you opt for the factory reset:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings using a computer - Apple Support
No restrictions in screen time.
Yes I am the organizer of the Family group.
But as soon as I tap the add member button, the menu pops-up and then disappear.
Tap the Add Member button
I did retry a restart.Didn't work.
I went to the Apple store for help. He thinks it's a bug on my phone.
So either I factory reset my phone or I try on my ipad (at home).
