Converting audio drum track to MIDI and mapping sounds correctly

When I convert an audio drum track to MIDI using flex pitch, the mapping of the drum sounds is wrong, the kick is mapped to the hi hat or whatever, how I do I re-map them to the correct sounds, and can I just do that once and save my settings?
