403 forbidden error on new iPad on one website

I am getting a 403 forbidden error for a single website (wayfair) on my new iPad that I purchased about a month ago. I do not get this error on my iPhone. No one else in the house gets this error on their iPhones. This website worked fine on my old iPad. I have restarted my iPad and I have cleared my Safari cookies and cache.
