How do I remove content restrictions on certain app on my child's iPhone 16e?

My child has an iPhone 16e, I have an iPhone 15.

I have content restrictions turned on.

I want to ALLOW them to download and use wattpad.

is there a way to EXEMPT specific apps from the content restrictions I’ve placed on their phone?
