Apple is unable to deduct from my account balance for app updates

Re: i have balance in my apple account but why they failed to deduct from it? I cant update any apps and i need it

We are all Apple users, like yourself in this (user-to-user) community, so we often dp not know why Apple does what it does, and Apple is not here to explain. Generally, an Apple Account balance is used for purchases from Apple .... we don't know whether it may be the app-developer who charges you for your app-updates.

Eg: says:

"Some purchases might require that you have a credit card on file,

even if you use your Apple Account balance to make the purchase."

If needed: You can find out how to pay an unpaid order.
