Sometimes when you click web links in certain apps, a Safari window will pop up within that app instead of opening a new tab in the Safari app. Is there any way to prevent this and open all links in Safari app?

Long-press the link and choose "Open in Safari".
I understand this is not an ideal workaround. To change that behavior for all links, you would either need to open those links in Private Browsing or (even less ideal) delete the app.
