How can I access my Apple Music library on my PC with a family subscription?

I have a family subscription to Apple Music. I have turned on Sync Library on my iPhone. When I sign-in to iCloud.com on my PC I do not see Apple Music. How do I access my Apple Music library on my PC?

Apple Music without subscription I’ve imported many of my old CDs on my Mac in the Music app. They all appear in the music library alongside the previous purchases done in itunes. The Music app on my Mac is logged in with my Apple iCloud account. But I can’t see or find the Music app on my ICloud account. Apple Music last 3 days I have problem in my iPad Apple Music. In my iPhone working fine no any problem. so the system don’t want to downloading the library. Setting >Music>sync library…. But not working. I’m Apple Music family sharing subscription more than may year’s ago. please help! Zoltan
