MacBook Air trackpad is not clicking and unable to turn on the screen
The mousepad is not clicking and the screen will not turn on

Try restarting in Safe Mode then restarting normally and then finally re-testing. If you do not know how to restart in Safe Mode, please click the link noted below for instructions.
Also, do you have ANY of the following types of third party apps installed:
- Antivirus
- Cleaning
- Security
- VPN
- Maintenance
This is critical so please answer.
