Export Sync Bug in Final Cut Pro with Compressor Preset

Hi Final Cut Community,

Anyone else has the issue that when you export a 16:9 FHD File with a compressor preset, the Audio is off by one frame? Strangely not on other ratios. It is really annoying. I have a Mac Studio with the most recent updates for fcpx and compressor.
