Why isn't 'Print' in the MacOS Safari share sheet? It is in iOS which makes sense.
this is an inconsistency across the OSs that needs addressing
MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.5

macOS predates iOS by a couple of decades. Printing was put into the share sheet on iOS because there was no other place for it on that platform.

Be careful what you ask for. When Apple decides whether to do things "the macOS way" or "the iOS way" the latter will prevail, every time.

I guess I’d rather my computer to be a computer and my iPhone to be an iPhone.
As things are going, you will probably get your way and I will have to live with an iPhone instead of a computer.
I also have no idea what the term “share“ means on a computer. I have never wanted to share a file with anyone. Every once in a while, I need to send a file to someone or save a file somewhere, but I’ve never needed to share it. I suppose to share it I would need to break the file up into multiple equal pieces so everyone could share it.
But I am sharing the document to the printer!
It actually makes more sense like this
I'd rather it were consistent across all platforms
