Lift from Storyline keyboard shortcut Option-Command-Up Arrow is not working. It was working in 11.1. I have custom keyboard shortcut but I also try with the default shortcut but is not working.

Working just fine for me. First, go to the Final Cut Pro menu, Command Sets, verify the default command set it selected. If not, go into your custom command set, verify this command has not been changed. If that's not the issue, go to the Apple menu, System Settings, Keyboard, Keyboard Shortcuts, then click the Restore Defaults button. This should be done because if a system command got accidentally set to those keys, it'll override any app shortcut.
Thanks for the replay BenB. After a bunch of tries, I found out that the issue was a music app I installed. It was causing the keyboard shortcut “Option-Command-Up Arrow” to not work in FCP.
