I am unable to connect to notes from icloud on windows 11. All of the other apps connect.

iCloud Notes Syncing does not work at all iCloud notes syncing does not work at all. Before, when I did any notes I could start them off on my Mac and continue on my iPad, or vice versa. Now absolutely NOTHING is working. I even have iCloud + with 2TB of storage and it’s still very very slow, unreliable, and horrible. Apple needs to fix this, or is it just my devices? All of my devices are updated to the latest software and iCloud syncing is on.

Notes Not Syncing from iCloud on PC to iPhone I see a lot of topics on this over the years but I've never had issues to be honestly. All of a sudden the notes I write on iCloud.com do not sync to my iPhone 14 pro max notes. It has been the most frustrated thing since I use notes on a daily basis. I contacted Apple Support but they have no solutions. Anyone know of a permanent solution to this issue? Thanks all!
