I cannot return the damaged headphones because I don't have a shipping label

Apple Care Replaced my Studio Pro Headphones and I cannot return the damaged ones because Apple cannot produce a return shipping label. Will they charge my credit card? I have talked to 5 different people by now. PLEASE HELP!!!!
