Cannot set up iCloudMail on my iPad Air M2
I’ve followed direction's, but still not working. It just keeps searching. I cannot figure out what I’ve done wrong.

What "directions" have you been following?
Setting-up Apple Mail on iPad is generally very simple - requiring very little setup:
Settings > [Your Name / Apple Account] > iCloud > Mail > iCloud Mail > Use On This iPad - set to ON
