Working with Ventura 13.7.6
Safari behaves normally except I am unable to save new bookmarks
The menu is the same but when I select "Add Bookmark", the bookmark does not show up on the list I placed it under
This has been happening for a while but I can't be sure how long, maybe a few months?

You can start by checking if the bookmarks are being saved to a different folder. Sometimes Safari just tucks them away somewhere else. Open Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks and search for the site name, see if it shows up.
Thanks Olivia. I did look in other folders but never tried using the path you suggested. Oddly, following the path Open Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks and searching, it displays the missing bookmark as if it is where I put it. Yet, it does not display anywhere else. Not a huge thing but would really like to cure this bug. I have restarted my iMac but no change in behavior.
