How do I reset my Apple Account balance to change the country/region?

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well.

I would like to change the country/region of my Apple ID, but I’m unable to do so because I have a remaining balance of $0.62 on my account. Since I’m unable to spend this amount, I kindly ask you to reset my balance so that I can proceed with changing my region.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
