When you share your Apple TV account with family, does your subscription price increase for every person that you add?

Also, when I go to plans, I only see $9.99 or $99. I do not see a family plan, whether I go to it from the subscriptions area directly or from subscriptions in the family part. But I’m being billed $35.99 though it says $9.99/mo on the active subscription and in the billing email.
I shared my subscription with my two children and I’m being charged $35.99 even though it still says $9.99 everywhere.
