Why are my videos not showing up after sync on iPhone?

My iiphone was full I added more storage online and during the sync I lost 100 videos. How do I find them? Not under deleted, online or on phone

That is it possible. An iPhone’s storage can never be changed. Perhaps you added iCloud storage, which is likely irrelevant here.
