iPhone 13 Pro Max Reduced Performance & Overheating after iOS 18

Hi everyone,

Ever since I updated my iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 18, it has been getting really hot from doing the most basic tasks such as listening to downloaded music or taking photos. Furthermore, I noticed that the gaming performance has significantly gone down since updating on various games such as Minecraft and Roblox. I noticed that the gaming performance on my 13 Pro Max (iOS 18) is significantly worse than the performance on my iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 17). I understand that phones get slower over time but the 13 series isn't that old and the change was quite drastic over one iOS update. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar struggles. I have already factory reset my phone but the performance and heat issues are still there. Any suggestions?
