Thunderbolt 5 SSD not recognized on Boot Camp Windows 10 (iMac 2020, Intel-based)

I’m using an Intel-based iMac 2020.

When running in Boot Camp Windows 10 mode, my Thunderbolt 5 external SSD (4TB, Model: LaCie Rugged SSD PRO5) is not recognized.

However, it works normally in macOS mode.

Why is this happening? Please help.

mac mini not recognising my external SSD drive after restart Occasionally, Mac mini M1 not recognizing external SSD drive or after restart. I have to shut down and turn it back on to get it recognizes the external SSD drive. Is it a Mac OS issue? If cable was bad, it would not have recognized it at all. It happens quite often and annoying. Any suggestions?

Mac Mini M2 does not recognize my external SSD when restarting I have a 2 TB SSD installed in a Satechi hub connected via Thunderbolt to a Mac Mini M2 computer. When restarting the external drive is not recognized. It is recognized when starting the Mac after a complete shutdown. Why? I am new to Mac. I want to use the external drive as my data storage drive where I will keep photos, music and files. Using a Seagate NAS as the intermediary between my old PC and the Mac.
