iCloud Private Relay on iPhone keeps toggling on and off every few minutes

My Private Relay keeps turning on and off every few seconds/minutes, but when i check system status everything is fine. It only ever happens when I’m down my nans which was never an issue, but I Iive with her now and the notifications are getting on my nerves.
