How do I resolve iPhone not opening after turning on VoiceOver?
I turned on Voice Over and now my iPhone will not open after I restarted it?

Follow this procedure. Turn on your iPhone, then place your finger at the bottom of your iPhone and swipe up halfway, once you feel the haptic let go. Once you are prompted with your passcode, tap the first digit once to select, then tap twice to enter. Repeat that for all the digits. Then to turn off Voiceover navigate to the Settings app using that same gesture to move.
