How do I recover a lost playlist on Apple Music?

Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to retrieve a lost playlist on apple music. It was a playlist that i had been working on for a couple of years and was listening to everyday. This morning when i went to school i was just listening it as normal but then suddenly when i headed back i noticed it disappeared. I know for certain that i did not delete anything. I checked my synchronisation with the library and everything was as is should be. But still my playlist is gone or deleted and i don't know what to do anymore. I also can't seem to find any place where the apple music library is backed up.. Can someone help me??
