iPhone iOS 18.4.1 automatically playing Apple Music when connected to car

When my iPhone is inserted into the phone carrier in my car and I select iPhone from the dash menu it is constantly playing apple music or wants to play apple music which interferes with my other functions such texting or telephoning. How do I fix this and return to all iPhone options where I can call and receive telephone and text messages?

Music continues (does not pause) while calling or receiving calls. If I am playing music in my car via bluetooth and through my speakers and someone calls me or I make the call, the music will not automatically pause for the phone call. After I've accepted or made the call, the music will continue to play. This NEVER happened on my iPhone 12, the music paused while one was on a call, either incoming or outgoing. But the music does NOT pause on my 14. I have to end the call, turn off music and then return their call. It's extremely annoying. I am current on all updates and I have rebooted so that is not the issue. There is a bug or something different in setting that I cannot find on the 14 that is causing this issue. How do I fix this or when will a fix be available?

Apple Music Streaming Issues on Cellular Data Recently, I noticed that I am unable to stream Apply music while using my cellular data but it works while over WIFI. I have checked with my cell phone service provider and everything is current and up-to-date on their end in regards to my data services. I have updated my iPhone to the latest software version (took almost 4 hours) and the Apple Music app still does not allow me to stream over cellular data. Some quick assistance/fix with this app would be greatly appreciated.
