Contact Apple directly and they can reverse the transaction that you inadvertently made into the wrong account.

There is no user method of transferring funds from the Apple Account, because the Apple Account is the location where Gift Cards are redeemed and there is no way to convert Gift Cards to cash to be spent elsewhere. In most regions that is strictly prohibited due to money laundering regulations.
