Adding special hours to business

I'm honestly shocked at how poor Apple's support is for small businesses. It’s been incredibly frustrating — I’ve sent screenshots and videos, only to receive the same generic, automated replies with basic instructions that don’t help. Am I missing something here?

Specifically, I’ve been trying to add special store hours and it’s not working. I can mark the store as closed for the day, but I can’t adjust the hours to something like 11 AM to 3 PM (instead of our normal 11 AM to 8 PM). There’s no option to customize the hours.

Any advice? Has anyone figured out a workaround?
