Apple payment not going through despite sufficient funds in the account

Hello, I am not being charged for memory. At first there was no money in the account, but now there is money and the payment is not going through.

This is the Apple Pay forum. Apple Pay is used in physical stores and on websites. It does not hold any money itself.

Not sure what you mean by charged for memory? Do you mean iCloud Storage? If so, that has nothing to do with Apple Pay. iCloud Storage will use balance added to your Apple Account if available, it will not use payment methods added to your Wallet app for Apple Pay. It may use Apple Cash balance if you have a US Apple account.

What storage option have you chosen for iCloud?

If you had an issue covering a charge, you will need to add an actual credit or debit card to your account to resolve it. Having fund in your Apple Account will not be enough to resolve it.
