How to use one Apple Account for shared family purchases and one as a personal?

How to share purchases on one apple account with family and another buy for yourself as a person in a family with ask to buy on

I have changed my purchases to another apple account but I get errors everytime I try to buy something saying "unable to ask to buy" I would still like to share with my family and be under the rules but be able to purchase items on my own.

Family Sharing - Payment Methods Hello, I'm using family sharing with my family. However, we want to set up different methods of payment associated with each Apple ID under Family Sharing. Is this something can be done within a future software update? I feel like this is helpful for families who have family members willing to use the original method of payment associated to their own Apple IDs.
