Can't move iPhone to shared storage

I'm trying to move my wife's iPhone to shared storage to our shared family storage. When I select the change it just brings me to the attached screen with blank buttons. Clicking on either doesn't do anything. This is obviously a bug, but I'm looking for a workaround since I just signed up for family storage and I'm paying for it now. How else can I move her phone over?
