I need help with this Nebula feedback, guys... (this is a popular astrology app)

Okay, maybe someone who reads this Nebula review can help, because I really don`t understand what happened here


I downloaded this app because it looked super cute, and the test it offered seemed free - like one of those fun little "find your type" things. I tapped through, answered some questions, saw the stars swirl around… and then I was just... in. Like fully in something. No idea when or how that happened


Now I keep seeing charges. I looked in my Apple subscriptions - nothing there. I looked in the app - no real option to cancel. I even sent two messages to support because I thought maybe I did something wrong? But it’s been like two weeks with my Nebula experience, and no one’s gotten back


I`m not mad, just confused. If anyone`s figured this out, please let me know. I just want to exit whatever this is 😅

Are you sure you were not directed to their website from a Social Media link or website advertisement where the "free" reading was offered? That is where the subscription was started and has nothing to do with the app being downloaded after that. If that is the case, the person that referred you to that link got paid for doing that. It may be a good time to evaluate who you choose to believe and the links you tap. You may report the user to the Social Media platform, but they are likely to do nothing to stop them.


If you are unable to contact Nebula to stop the charges or get a refund, you will need to take it up with the card being charged to dispute it.

Nebula offers free readings or options, but immediately turns them into recurring paid subscriptions shadily. This is a known issue with this service when found through like in social media or other places outside of the App Store.


These subscriptions are started outside of the Apple platform and as such would not appear on your Apple account.And are not able to be cancelled from them.


You need to got to Nebula's website, enter your email address and cancel your subscription there.

Next time be very careful what you click and what you agree to, and don't provide payment details outside of the secure Apple channels.
