Why can't I purchase a 1TB iCloud subscription for 599₽?

I used to pay for a 1TB subscription for 599₽, but now I can't buy it (it doesn't display). why??

Wont allow me to resubscribe to iCloud+ 50g I was originally subscribed to 50gb iCloud+. The price has increased to 99p which Apple have taken from my bank, apple are still continuing to try to take the original 79p also. They have now taken the 50gb away from my storage and only allowing me to subscribe to 200gb & 1tb even the the payment has been taken for the 50gb. Is anyone else having problems since the price increase?

Is there a yearly price for the .99cent one? If I were to get iCloud plus I would want to pay for a year subscription if it. Is there a way to do that? But for the 99cent plan? Like I know it’ll be more than 99cent to pay for a year at a time but I don’t need as much storage as the other two plans provide.
