How do I disable AssistiveTouch on my iPhone?

I have a clear white circle on my iPhone when I touch it. It will shut off my activity. I can move the white circle around. It’s a shut off button. What is it? How do I turn it off?

It sounds as if you have enabled Assistive Touch:


Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Make sure also that you have disabled it from the Accessibility Shortcut:
