Hi, I am the family organiser for my family. I have deleted all the family members and have also clicked on STOP USING FAMILY SHARING. But every time i click on it nothing happens, no response at all. I want to join the family created by my parents. But when i click on the invitation i receive the message “FAMILY HAS OTHER MEMBERS”.

Seems you can only belong to one family at a time, and your Apple (ID) Account is still in use..
We do not know what hardware and software you are using:
so see the ways to: Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support
eg: as organiser, you cannot leave the group
but you can disband that family.group entirely.

You will need to free up your Apple (ID) Account info. and use it to join the family group created by your parents. Once you are no longer connected with the family you organized, you may have more success.

Eg: says: "If you can't accept the invitation, check if someone else joined a family with your Apple Account. Remember, you can only join one family at a time,
and you can only switch to a different family group once per year."
