Completely remove:

Bitwarden

Little Snitch, and it's endpoint junk

Amphetamine

The first two do nothing useful. The same as any other AV software. They eat up system resources, slow everything down, and do nothing worth 1 cent of that wasted power.

You don't need a separate app to keep the Mac from going to sleep. Go to settings. Set power saver to never. Turn the screen saver off. Now the Mac will just stay on.

What did you do with the RAM when you upgraded to the WD SSD...?

There is only 1 16GB module, instead of 2 4GB or 2 8GB modules.

Plus you have Kernel Panic's from possible memory corruption and page faults.

Macs are notoriously picky about RAM. There are only a few sources of RAM that can be relied on for Macs. Where, exactly, did you get the RAM you installed?

Amphetamine is fine. I've used it for years without issues. It's much more convenient than having to modify the settings to keep the machine from sleeping when it's only needed occasionally or for limited periods of time. I've never found it to cause a problem.

That's a good use of it. Though my suggestion to remove Amphetamine wasn't because I thought it was a bad app, just unnecessary. I always try to have as few third party items load at startup as possible.
