Unable to verify student status via Apple Music

Re: "Apple Music redirected me to my university's website to verify my student status (for the first time ever), which made me realize that the email associated with my university was inactive at the time, when I retried verifying my status a couple days later after activating my \email, apple music kept saying that it's unable to verify as I "may have previously used a different apple account to verify my status". note that this is my first ever apple device and my first ever apple account."

Your Apple Account is the one account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.

Seems you may need to verify using that same Apple Account e-mail address you used when beginning the subscription ?
