Why can't I use Apple Pay?

Contact Apple directly here to see if there is some problem on your end, otherwise there may be a processing error on the store site if that is the only location that it is now not working.

The issue reported with Apple Pay was resolved yesterday after a 2 hour outage, so that is not related to the issue you are having.

• Is it when you are using Tap to Pay, online purchase, or something else?
• Is it when adding a card to your Wallet?
• Are you getting an error message?

It is when I try to use Apple Pay to check out from an online store while home using my iPad or iPhone. I’ve used them before for this purpose with no problem. No Apple Pay error message, just a message from online store saying they are unable to process the transaction.
