Can't find hidden folder in iPhone's App Library

My iPhone hidden folder is not showing in the app library along with i cen’t hide apps and go Face ID on them I think it is a glitch in the language in Hebrew

hidden apps folder not responding My hidden apps folder on my iPhone 12 Pro won’t respond when I click on it ..but I have apps there I need to access when I try to hide apps now for some reason the phone says *could not authenticate,Only the device owner may enable Require Face ID for and app. Require Face ID was not enabled but I am the device owner *.. Anybody Have an idea how to fix this please

Have you tried to restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist
