How do I sync Apple Music subscription from Google Play to iPhone?

I recently renewed my Apple Music subscription through Google Play (as I’ve always done), but this time it’s not reflecting on my iPhone. I’m signed in with the same Apple ID I normally use. How can I get my subscription to show up and work on my iPhone again?
