Talk to text someone’s name, pulling from contacts

this is an old question somebody asked below years ago… I am still currently having this issue with an new iPhone 16. Has this been fixed yet?

When I say a name in the voice to text in a message and I mention a name, lets say 'Steve' it pulls in a contact name from my phone. The issues is, I'm not always talking about THAT Steve and I often have silly emojis to tell people with similar names apart. So then it'll be 'emoji' NAME 'emoji' instead of just the name. Is there a way to disable the chat from pulling contact names in and JUST having the name?
