Apple iCloud link taking a long time to load.

Hello all. I have a shared iCloud folder that I use and have noticed recently that it is taking longer to load than usual. Some people have said it loads indefinitely, but I have not been able to replicate it on any device I have access to. I have tried multiple devises(up to date) and different internet connections through WIFI and cell service. I have tried turning the shared folder off and back on and I have tried limiting the file size of the photos and the actual amount of photos on the shared album. Regardless of what I have done it takes exactly 54 seconds to load the link. Before it would like 5-10 seconds. Any help is appreciated.
