I have had apple intelligence for a while now but had to switch all my settings and Siri to English and was wondering when it would be avalible with everything set to Swedish

They have continued to expand language support since it has been released, but there is no roadmap offered on when each language will be made available. You can certainly send feedback to Apple here:
