How can I track my fitness level with Apple Watch Series 10?

Hi,

I bought Apple Watch 10.

I am a modestly fit guy in my thirties and I want to measure and track my fitness in order to constantly improve it.

I am not a pro (neither with Apple nor with sports), but maybe someone can share some basic stuff on how what functions to use or what to track.

Probably a very broad question, but with all the apps etc. i dont even know where to start.

Best,

Mark

I'd start here:

Apple Watch User Guide - Apple Support

How you ultimately decide to use the included features and apps or what apps you add will depend on your fitness regimen. I mostly walk and do tai chi so the built in apps are sufficient for my needs. If I went back to running marathons, I might opt for additional apps.

I think you'll get more and better answers if you can ask specific questions, e.g. How do I use the watch to track my running workout? How to I monitor my sleep?
