Desktop Stacks in the Dock are not functioning properly after macOS 15.5 update

I have an M1 MacBook Pro currently running macOS Sequoia 15.5 (just updated today). I have 3 Stacks on my Dock with a collection of different apps in each. Every time I update the OS, after the update is complete the Stacks (not always all 3 but always 2 at a minimum and not always the same two if it isn't all of them) appear as a filing cabinet drawer. When I click on them, nothing happens. I have to remove them and re-add them after every update.

Restart in Safe Mode.

This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts.

The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading.

It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

Does the issue present in this mode ?

Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.
