How can I sync Apple Calendar with non-Apple devices?

Hello.

How connect my calendar with my assistant if she hasn't got apple devices, only Windows фтв Android.

Apple Calendar synchronize with my Google Calendar and after synchronize my Google Calendar with her - doesn't work and too difficult.

I've registered her in iCloud with out apple devices. There are Notes and etc., but there is now calendar.

I don't want to use Google Calendar. How to synchronize Apple Calendar more simple?

Syncing my Google Calendar with my wife's iCloud calendar I'm trying to enable both my wife (who's on a Mac) and me (on a PC) to constantly see the same calendar, without the many steps required for importation/exportation. Ideally, when she or I add, delete or change a calendar entry on either one of our computers, the other person will see that change on his/her calendar, too. Both of us have iPhones so we both have Apple ID's. But, I'd prefer to avoid a solution that limits us to using our phones for calendar changes. We use our PC's/Mac's much more often than our phones. Synching calendars on my MacBook Air and my iPad Events that I enter on my iPad calendar do not appear on my MacBook Air calendar. Is it possible to set things up so that an event entered on the one device will automatically appear on the other? thank you in advance for the time and trouble of a response.
