Unable to use BT mail on Apple MacBook Air and iPhone while abroad
I am unable to use and pick-up BT mail on my MacBook Air (M4) (send /receive) and iPhone while abroad in the USA. When at home there isn't an issue. I have to use the web version via BT.com which is a nuisance and not that user-friendly. Is it a common issue or a setting I need to change. My other 2 email accounts via different sources I have no issues receiving and sending from. Any help greatly appreciated - thank you
