Accidentally Overwrote GarageBand File - Need to Recover Original Version

I opened an old GarageBand file on my MacBook Pro and got a message saying the versions were not in sync. It showed two identical versions (same date and time, 16:52), but one was labeled from MyName's MacBook Pro, the other didn't specify. I chose the one with my name, but when it opened, it only had one track, not my full project.

After I closed it, the file size shrank from over 1 GB to 79 MB, and now I no longer see the option to choose between versions.

How can I recover the original, larger version of the file? This just happened. The cloud seems already synced to the incorrect version.
