Unable to send money via Western Union using Apple Pay

I have been sending money via Western Union to family in Mexico for years paying with Apple Pay , but since 2-3 months ago, it does not work. No error code or reason. western Union App just indicates to try another method .

Apple is not a bank and does not approve or decline transfers of funds. Please contact Western Union’s support team for questions regarding failed transfers. If there is not an error code, that indicates the notification/error message is from Western Union and not from Apple.
