Why can’t I access OneDrive files in the Files app on iPhone 15?

I cannot access any of my OneDrive files through the files app. I cannot open, save, or attach any kind of file to emails, pretty much nothing happens, except the phone freezing and I have to shut it down. Also, if I happen to get a file open, usually straight (however still this route will not open any pdfs only word doc) from one drive, the iPhone 15 can no longer seem to find my printer. I’ve updated, offloaded, and restarted my iPhone… to no avail.
