Can I connect an A1267 2008 screen with a mini port display connector to Mac mini 2023 M2 Pro

There is one cable connection with three options from the screen: a mini port display rectangle box with 2 lines, USB and some connectors for a laptop. There is a power cable. No switch on/off

Can use mini display port to USB C adaptor? Will it work? Will the camera on display work

Yes, you can use the 2008 Apple LED Cinema Display with the Mac mini M2 Pro 2023.

You'll need a USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter similar to this:
